We had the opportunity to catch up with Samah Lakha, owner of food blog and Instagram account ‘London Bruncher’ a popular foodie platform that hosts her quick and delicious recipes that make you feel good.

Whilst finishing her studies at Oxford studying Chemistry, Samah fell ill with glandular fever and had extreme fatigue for over a year. This led Samah to look for healthier snacks and products on the market. Having struggled to find delicious organic nut butters that are free from added sugar and oil, she set out to make her own and has since launched two flavours so far. cashew and vanilla, sourcing the cashew nuts and vanilla pods from my family farm in Madagascar. The butters are stone-ground to retain the enzymes and nutrients are available to purchase in plastic-free packaging and are available to buy online.
