Tablescaping Workshops
Tablescaping is one of the most popular ways to style your home now and there is definitely an art to it. In this workshop, you will learn how to create beautiful bud vases to style alongside tapered candles and tea lights. The Wild at Heart team will walk you through the tips and tricks of how colours, themes, placement and of course, flowers, can elevate any dining experience from entertaining to immersive.

Guided by one of Daylesford’s professional florists, guests will learn the key principles of flower arranging and floral design, using a selection of cut flowers, seasonal materials and sustainable techniques.
Each guest will create a beautiful arrangement to take home, including the vase so you can enjoy many more floral arrangements in the future.
Table arrangements
The popular seasonal table arrangements courses teach guests to create a beautiful floral arrangements using seasonal blooms. Guests will learn helpful tips from our talented floristry tutors including how to create floral designs and how best to care for cut flowers and foliage.
This course is suitable for all levels and no experience is necessary.
Planted Basket arrangements
Learn how to plant seasonal blooms and foliage in a basket with the addition of some beautiful natural accessories
With expert tips and guidance from Daylesford talented floristry tutors, guests will learn how to create a bespoke floral design that can be enjoyed for several weeks.
Guests will learn about the varieties available at the time and techniques to tie different colours and textures together.

Weather and time permitting, our floristry team may take you on a guided tour of our organic Cutting Garden at Daylesford, where we gather blooms and other natural materials to incorporate into our floral designs. Please bring your outdoor shoes, boots and coats just in case.
Children’s workshop
Jam jar arranging - Cover your jam jar with seasonal materials, then arrange foraged flowers and foliage to finish your masterpiece. Ideal for children aged 6 and above.
Children’s floral crowns
